Exchanges Returns & Warranty:

- You can exchange / return any item*, within a maximum period of 14 days
after purchase.
- You must contact us before proceeding with the exchange /
devolution.
- The article must be complete, in a box and without any sign of use.
Failure to comply with these conditions may void the right to any refund.
- Returns are free if the reason for the return is the responsibility of WM WARREN MARRISON (for example: you received an item
other than ordered; received an item with a defect).
- If the reason is because you made a mistake or changed your mind, the value of the return/exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Before proceeding with any exchange / return contact us via email: , mentioning the following parameters:

- Subject: “Exchanges and Returns”
- order number (6-digit number);
- name and address


* Items with personalized engraving cannot be returned, they are only
size changes or exchanges for similar items are accepted.



Reimbursement

In case of returning items, the refund of the respective value is made within an estimated period of 5 to 8 working days after receiving the items in our warehouse.

The refund is made through the same method that made the payment. For payments on collection, Multibanco (entity and reference) and MBway, reimbursement is made by bank transfer.

The value corresponding to the shipping costs for the free will return, and within the period described above, is not refunded.

Warranty - Watches


What is the warranty and what does it not cover?


WM WARREN MARRISON offers a warranty covering manufacturing defects for 3 years from the date of purchase. If parts of the watch do not work correctly, for manufacturing reasons, we will repair your item or replace it.


The WM WARREN MARRISON warranty does not cover:

- Defects and damage caused by loss, theft, fire, water or disaster
Natural
- Failures or damage caused by misuse, negligence (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal or glass, etc.), or accidents
- Failures or damage caused by unreasonable repair or modification.
- Aesthetic changes, defects and damage caused by normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or glass, changes to the strap and peeling chrome plating, etc.)
- Battery, bracelet, crown, or crystal/glass



Our watches are manufactured to high quality standards, however your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any manufacturing defects; this includes the clock mechanism,
indicators, dial and pointers.


WM WARREN MARRISON offers a warranty covering manufacturing defects for 3 years after the first purchase. If parts of the watch do not work correctly, for manufacturing reasons, we will repair your item or replace it.

Proof of purchase is mandatory to claim or request warranty services, so always keep your proof of purchase. If you purchased on our website or through another online platform, the order number will suffice. If you bought it through a physical store of an authorized reseller, you need to contact them directly so that they can request their own guarantee conditions, exchanges and returns.


What does the warranty not include?


The warranty does not include:
– value corresponding to the shipment of the item(s) to the WM WARREN MARRISON facilities
– amount corresponding to sending the item(s) after repair to the customer.

In other words, the amount corresponding to the shipping costs for items to activate the warranty is the sole responsibility of the customer, with WM WARREN MARRISON having the right not to send the item until payment of the amount for the new shipment is confirmed.
