Orders placed before 12:00 pm on our website will be shipped on the same business day, after this time it will be shipped the next day. You will receive your package within 1-3 business days of dispatch.
On the day of shipment you will receive an email notification with the order number and tracking number, which you can use to receive all updates about your delivery. In this email you can also find the link to track the shipment of your order on the carrier's website.
Check your order upon delivery and while the courier is still present. If the order box appears to have been tampered with or damaged in any way, notify the courier and refuse delivery. In this case, contact us immediately and we will inform you of the details to follow.
Failure to notify the courier at the time of delivery may reduce the possibility of a successful claim should it become necessary.
Shipments are made to mainland Portugal, shipments to islands take longer.
