How long is the warranty on the watch?

The watch has a 3-year warranty for defects in the mechanism, not applying to damage caused by misuse and water, as they are not resistant.

How long does it take to receive my tracking code?

Within two business days after payment confirmation you will receive your code by email to track your order.

Are the watches water resistant?

The watches are not waterproof, they only withstand light splashes. We therefore advise against diving and keeping the watch in contact with water.

How long does it take to send me the watch?

We ship your watch within one business day after receiving payment, and within two business days you will receive a tracking code for your order via email.

Do you deliver to all Portugal and islands?

Yes, we ship all over Portugal as well as the islands, and depending on the purchase price and location, there may be an associated shipping cost.

Can I change watch straps?

No, our straps are fixed to the watch and cannot be changed.


Are the watches hypoallergenic?

No, our watches are not hypoallergenic, not suitable for people allergic to metals.
